A detailed S.I.P. construction
guide is provided with each S.I.P. Building System showing the
nail placement, nail sizing, and other construction details in
pictorial form.

Norm's Dream Builders Inc.
S.I.P. Building system begins with a 2 x 6 plate fastened to a
conventional floor deck.

All S.I.P. panels are numbered
to correspond with a factory - provided paned layout
drawing.

S.I.P. Roof panels also follow
a preplanned installation layout. Window and door rough
openings are designed into the S.I.P. panel sequence. Wiring
channels are provided allowing wiring to run continuously
through S.I.P. panels to accommodate all outlets, switches and
custom features.

A sealant is applied to all
joints to compliment the other energy saving features of the
Norm's Dream Builders Inc. S.I.P. system.

All plates, sills and roof to
wall S.I.P. panel ties are factory provided by Norm's Dream
Builders Inc. S.I.P.

All types of roofing, siding
and finished paneling are compatible with the Norm's Dream
Builders Inc. S.I.P. Building System as are most styles of
windows and doors.
